Teasing the Domestic on display

I had hoped to blog an update on Teasing the Domestic sooner, however there's still time if you are in the area and would like to call in.  The exhibition remains on display until this Sunday 22nd.  Some snap shots from bump-in and what's on display...

  3. Your quilt is truly amazing. I enjoyed seeing it being rolled out on the table to get a good idea of size.

    1. Thanks Robyn, it was great to get some documentation of the process - I know what you mean with seeing the work in manner of perspective, its hard to judge by a photograph.

  5. Kim - these are amazing - your large 'tapestry' is wonderful and all the other pieces compliment the theme - wow! Is it coming to the Coast - I know I saw touring dates somewhere - ??!! Cheers!!

    1. Hi Wyn, thank you for your kind words - unfortunately the display was only for the ten days of the Noosa Long Weekend Festival and it packed up today. The next time it will be in our area will be late 2014 at Gympie Regional Gallery - I will keep everyone posted... Cheers, Kim
